Teens or Adults will enjoy this program offered by Josephine Earley. Josephine will engage participants in guided imagery and mindfulness. She will also engage participants in the practice of journaling. All patrons will leave the program with a sense of calm and new routines for the practice of mindfulness and journaling with the new journal she will provide you with.
