Kids, tweens, and teens will enjoy creating two winter character-themed key chains using shrink plastic, markers, and colored pencils. Traceable templates will be provided but original drawings are also encouraged. Participants will also receive colorful carabiner clips, perfect for adding key chains onto backpacks or bags.
